How do I take Prepare and Recover?
Prepare: Each serving is 3 capsules. For best results, take them 2 hours before, with, and 4 hours after your planned activity.
If you can’t follow the full timing, taking at least one serving before is still beneficial. The goal is to give your body support before and during the experience.
Recover: Each serving is 2 capsules. Begin at least 24 hours after using Prepare, then take once every 24 hours for 3–5 days as needed to help restore balance and clarity.
What's included in the bundle?
Every MollyMate system includes two bottles:
